Both Sage and Palo Santo are similar in so ways, as both are designed to to cleanse the energy in you or your space to encourage a more positive and peaceful environment.
Sage:
Sage is made up of the sage plant leaves and has a strong aroma. Sage is powerful plant used for clearing out all energies in a space, leaving the room filled with positively. I'm talking removi g bad toxins, bad tenants, bad roommates, etc.
Palo Santo:
Palo Santo means "holy wood" best known for its ability to add positivity to your space whereas sage removes negativity.
Palo Santo + Blue Sage Cleanse Kit
Sage: Hold the cleanse Sage in one hand , and flame of your lighter in the other hand. Light all rotating sides to get it lit. Give it a good blow and wave it in the air. You should see smoke and no flames, then cleanse away from corner to corner. Make sure you have a window were the smoke is circulating to remove the bad energy. Once your space is cleared, and smoke swirls out; When your done, do NOT put it out with water, grab a dish or burning plate and let the sage burn itself out.
For Palo Santo- Set positive intentions before burning, then light your wood for 30 seconds and then blow out. Let the smoke circulate for 1-2 minutes to clear your space of negative energy.
